Winter strips the leaves from these beautiful
trees, revealing their knarled structure. I really
enjoyed seeing them on my long drive through
the countryside. I believe they are oaks....either
bur oaks or pin oaks, etc...? Anyway, I think they
look like Halloween trees...very spooky. They
looked sunning against the clear blue Texas sky.
