Smile

Spent a few hours around the French Quarter today...such a beautiful
day.  This artist is named Michael Smiroldo, and he does great
watercolors of the musicians in New Orleans.  I own one of his wonderful
paintings, and he and I had a nice conversation today about
art, design, and life!

St. Louis Cathedral...in the sunshine!

This clarinet player gave it her all for the crowd today...
made me smile

This painting was in progress in the window of a gallery
today as well.  Neat

And this really made me smile...a window display
selling these great headbands....cheese!

Windows to the World

This is the St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson

Square in New Orleans...from behind the

window frame. I am still working on this;

I am collaging some other images onto the

glass and adding a few touches.

This is the finished window for my

customer. It is supposed to go in a

kitchen, so I added the hot sauce

bottles. If she doesn't like it, I am

sure someone will. And it will be in

the Louisiana show in November!

And I will just make her another

one.
