A little Christmas Humor...Heaux, heaux, heaux!

I love this little design.  This is a card I did years ago.  I have since
used this on a Christmas t-shirt.  (No one "got" it?!)

This card caption reads: "Be naughty....save Santa the trip!"

I like using the holiday patterns on letters...this little version
is fun.  I did use this same theme, and did the word "Noel"
on a shirt years ago too.  (how long have I been doing
this stuff??!)  I used Prismacolor colored pencils and Pigma Micron

pen and ink pens on cardstock.

Here's wishing you some Christmas joy this Monday morning...
have a great day!

I'll Have to Card You

Inside greeting: "Joy to you and yours!"

Inside greeting: "Goodwill to Men"

Inside greeting: "Merry Christmoose"

Since I can't show you something current, I thought I could show
you something older.  These are all little Christmas cards
that I made in the past with my students.  I came across them in
the studio, and thought you might enjoy them.  They make me
smile.  I did some little cards today with my two watercolor students;
one painted a poinsettia, and the other painted a snowman.

I did figure out how to delete a few pics, so there should be
room for a few posts...thanks for the info, Ann.  And my
hands are feeling better today (after some steroid injections...yowee!)
I should be able to draw soon.

Printed Paintings

I have a friend who paints the cutest things!  She sells painted buckets,
boxes, and all kinds of things.  I did some printing for her this week of
these two designs.  She will collage them onto a painted board that
will hang with ribbon, and then she will personalize them.  Too
cute!  Good luck with them Cyndi...I hope you sell lots!

Note-worthy

Seashell notepad...large  5 x 7

small notepad with the poppy design

I received some more of my merchandise today...some of the notepads
I had printed with my designs.  The one with the seashells is
larger...about 5 x 7.  And the smaller one with the geometric
design goes with the teacup or the poppy design.  It is
smaller...about 3 x 5.  There is one more on the way that
goes with the poppy design as well.  I have the bags on display
in the gallery, and now I can add the note pads
for sale too!

I took the Christmas t-shirt design to the silk screen printer
today.  The shirts will be long sleeved and black, with the
large design on the back this time.  There will also be a small
chest pocket design that reads, "Merry Christmas".  They will be
ready in a couple of weeks.  They come in sizes Sm, Med, Large,
XL, 2 XL, and 3XL.  They will be $30 this year (they went up in
price because of the two sided design?!)  We will start selling them
on November 8th...the day of the downtown Christmas Open House.

I am still giving away one of the bags tomorrow to someone who has left
me a comment.  You will have your choice of bag, and I will ship it
free if you are out of town.  Get to commenting!!
